Our Steering Paddles are Just Right!  They are strong and have enough blade area with a slight kick to catch and hold when you need it.  They are also light enough to let you paddle and add to the crew's overall strength, which is an asset to any canoe.

Various blade templates can be ordered.  We've had a lot of good feedback from steersmen who use our 21" x 9.5" blade.  Once again, the shafts on our Steering Paddles are made from multiple laminations for strength.
